Sabrina Webb - Sabrina Webb

My name is Sabrina; I'm 24 and am about to become a graduate for the second time, having just completed my MA in English Literature at Goldsmith's College in London. My particular focus has been on gender and sexualities within literature: my dissertation focused on the work of the infamous Marquis De Sade and his representation of sex, violence and the human body in his novels Justine and Juliette.

Other academic interests also include Post-Modernist literature, Feminist literature and Philosophy in relation to literature. (Particularly Heidegger and Wittgenstein.) I have previously studied Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology and English Literature during my BA, completed at Nottingham Trent University.

I will be participating in Nan-No-Wri-Mo (National Novel Writing Month), which involves writing a 50,000 word novel within the month of November. In my spare time, I enjoy cookery (hence why the occasional recipe appears within my articles ;-)) and gardening.

I am based in London, but am originally from Wiltshire.
